Directions:

1.Heat your oven to 160C,  line your cupcake tray with wrappers.

2.Mix the liquid and dry premix together until all is incorporated.

3.Scoop your cake batter into your prepared cupcake tray and bake in a preheated oven.

4.Leave to cool slightly in the cupcake tray before turning them out onto a cooling rack to cool completely. 

Baking times:

  • 18 Cupcakes: 15-20 min or until cupcakes is cooked when tested with a skewer
  • Baking times may vary, due to temperature fluctuations
