Wondering how to get a yummy cake at the last minute?
Our 48-hour policy means we only need a day’s notice to make and bake any Velvet treat.
Here’s how it works:
1. I want my order delivered for FREE.
Deliveries take place between 8:00 and 17:00.
- Place your order at least 48 hours ahead of the time.
- Delivery is free within certain areas. Enter your postal code at checkout to see delivery cost.
2. I want to collect my order in-store.
There are 3 collection time slots to choose from: 10:00 OR 13:00 OR 16:00.
- Place your order at least 48 hours ahead of the needed collection time.
- The time slots will close when there are less than 48 hours left.
- In-store collections are free – only available at Bella Rosa and Loop Street.
3. I need a cake in less than 48 hours.
If you’ve missed our 48-hour cut-off time, we can still help you out! Please visit one of our retail stores or send us a WhatsApp, or make use of our new Same Day shop, to see which whole cakes, cake slices and cupcakes are available.
